So you cannot blame Raphael for the events that take place after his arrest. He is not responsible for Operation Sting, the new mixture of Pflophouse, the officer Williams and his delusional suspicions, the Methamphetamine pipes, the FBI, the rich children with nothing to lose, Mateo, Larry the Pig, all Knives, Newswoman local budding television, the agreement on plutonium turned badly, or anyone who can die or not because of this transaction becoming sour. None of this is Raphael’s fault, but it is his problem.
